Due to the special nature of some of our products, they must meet the following conditions before they can be exchanged or returned:
·Slight variation in design/colour is a beautiful facet of our products, as they are all handmade. Return of products due this reason is not acceptable.
- Home linen products could have a measurement variance of 2-3cm, as they are handmade. Return of products due this reason is not acceptable.
All products must be returned in intact original packaging.
· Items in a set cannot be returned individually like bedsheets with pillowcases and gift tag set.
· Special packaging and additional accessories: Products with special packaging (cloth bags, special packaging boxes, etc.) must be returned together with the goods and in their original condition.
